I recently purchased a new computer for my home office so I wasn't staying at the studio working on edits late into the night...now I can just do that at home :) In the process of connecting my hard drives and backing up my files, I found myself immersed in the styled Great Gatsby wedding shoot I had last spring. It is easily one of my absolute favorite sets of images ever. Seriously, the weather was perfect, our couple was so in love and not to mention, gorgeous! The dresses, the castle, the flowers...simply perfect.

Our location was the Wilder Creek Conservation Club in Marshall, MI. The landscape was so lush and flowers were in bloom. As soon as I saw this dogwood tree I knew I had to tuck Aleena and Matt into those gorgeous branches. The blooms wrapped around them and created such a romantic frame.

My amazingly talented friend and personal hairstylist Lisa Bell created Aleena's romantic hair design. Her salon Hair Designs by Lisa Marie is located in Battle Creek, MI.

My amazingly talented friend Megan Dostie is also located in Battle Creek and her salon is in the same building as Lisa's.
